Who can participate

Participation is free and requires a verified email address, a unique password and authenticator-app two-factor authentication. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. Payment eligibility additionally depends on identity, tax, sanctions and payout-provider requirements. Do not create accounts for anyone else or share your authentication material.

One checkout. Its own seats.

Share your public referral link or give a customer your checkout referral code. With consent, the first referral is saved in an opaque first-party cookie for up to 30 days; visiting alone sets no cookie. A customer can explicitly choose another valid code on SecretBridge before opening Stripe. That code applies only to the new physical seats in that checkout, including additional purchases by existing organisations. It never claims existing seats. A later purchase of two seats is separate from an earlier purchase of sixty, even in the same organisation.

A valid referral gives the buyer 10% off the first month of a monthly subscription or 10% off the first year of an annual subscription. Stripe calculates the discount on the new purchase's first invoice; normal price applies on renewal. It is not an organisation-wide discount and does not stack with another promotion. Current prices before discounts/taxes are $7.99 USD per seat/month or $89.91 USD per seat/year. Referral codes must be selected on SecretBridge before opening Stripe; an unrelated code entered only on Stripe is not referral attribution.

Original seat attribution cannot be changed by renewal, reassignment, another purchase or another partner's code. Cancellation permanently ends that seat's commission eligibility; reactivation never restores it or grants another introductory referral discount. Deliberately cycling subscriptions, self-referrals, organisations you control and fabricated or replacement-seat purchases to farm discounts or commissions are ineligible. Historical organisation-scoped records retain their original terms and are not expanded to claim new purchases.

15%, 20%, up to 26%

Rates are 15% from 1 active eligible referred paid seat, 20% from 100, and 26% from 1,000. A tier is recorded for each invoice based on verified paid eligible seats when processed; rechecks preserve the recorded rate. Cancelled, free and ineligible seats do not inflate tiers.

Commission applies to collected USD revenue for the attributed seats after discounts, taxes, credit notes, refunds and disputes, rounded down to whole cents per isolated purchase invoice. It is not payable on clicks, registrations, unpaid invoices or other seats in the organisation. Stripe handles billing, discounts and invoices; a minimal seat ledger preserves attribution, cancellation history and payout review.

For new seat cohorts, commission eligibility normally lasts for the original seat's paid lifetime, until cancellation or another eligibility-ending event. “Lifetime” is not a guarantee that the business or program will operate forever. Continued operation depends on business health and sustainability. We may change rates or future eligibility, suspend or end the program when necessary; changes will be published with a new terms version and reasonable advance notice where practicable. Already-earned valid commissions remain recorded and subject to the existing hold, fraud/refund adjustments and payout requirements; changes are not applied retroactively to confiscate them. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

You could earn $2,000+ monthly with 1,000 eligible full-price monthly seats at the 26% tier. This is an illustration, not guaranteed income. Introductory discounts and the annual price reduce it. The calculator's twelve-month illustration assumes twelve full-price monthly payments; it is neither an annual-plan payout quote nor a limit on eligibility.

Holds and payout review

Each commission has a 60-day hold from its invoice payment date. Refunds, disputes, credits or fraud can reduce or reverse it. Passing the hold does not automatically approve or transfer money: publisher fraud review, identity/tax verification and payout-method onboarding are required before settlement. Your dashboard distinguishes pending, review, approved and paid amounts.

Payouts are currently arranged through publisher review rather than automatic self-service transfers. Contact the secure support form about payout onboarding; do not send bank credentials, wallet keys or identity documents in an initial message. We will provide the appropriate provider-controlled verification route. Cryptocurrency payouts are not enabled. Pending commissions are not a bank deposit, transferable balance or investment.

Recommend honestly

Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission when recommending SecretBridge. Do not send spam, buy misleading ads using our brand, impersonate SecretBridge or another business, fabricate security certifications, guarantee earnings, or represent free receiving as a paid requirement. No downlines or rewards for recruiting other partners. Abuse can result in suspension and rejection of ineligible commissions; legitimate unresolved commissions remain subject to review.

Respect privacy and account security

Partner reports expose aggregate commercial figures and your own public codes, not customer identities, platform-user lists, secret contents or secret-sharing activity. Keep recovery codes private. Email-based password reset still requires an existing enrolled second factor. Changes to an authenticator revoke prior sessions and recovery codes.

These program terms supplement the Terms of Use. Changes to future program terms will be published with a new version; existing invoice records retain their recorded rate and eligibility facts. Ask questions or report a suspected error through Support. Nothing here removes non-waivable statutory rights.
