Include these safe details

  • Your organisation name and collaboration platform.
  • The approximate time of the issue and the action you attempted.
  • An error or correlation identifier, if the app displayed one.
  • Whether the problem affects one user, one channel, or the whole organisation.
  • Your browser or desktop app version and assistive technology, if relevant.

Install in Slack

Open the Slack installation page and choose Add to Slack. A workspace administrator may need to approve the requested permissions. After installation, run /secretbridge help in Slack for current command guidance.

Install in Microsoft Teams

During the controlled pilot, your Microsoft 365 administrator can upload the publisher-provided SecretBridge app package if your organisation permits custom apps. They can make it available to users, teams, or group chats according to your tenant's app policies.

A future public release can be installed from the Teams Store after marketplace approval; this deployment does not present the pilot as already store-listed.

Security and accessibility reports

Mark suspected vulnerabilities or account compromise as “Security” and accessibility barriers as “Accessibility.” Provide safe reproduction steps that do not expose another customer's information. We will coordinate a protected way to exchange sensitive evidence if it is needed.
